Professional moving end of May

Hello

I am looking to move at the end of May, please don’t contact me if the room is available now as I am not looking to move now.

I’m Adam, 34, currently working in a finance role for a car company, having previously worked in fashion. If you have an interest in either of those things we already have something in common!

I am a low-maintenance, clean, friendly, sociable and considerate housemate. Hobbies include photography, cinema, art exhibitions and galleries, taking long walks around London and catching up with friends.

I want to live with likeminded people that are clean, easygoing, sociable and considerate of others. Not looking for a party pad but something that has a good balance.

The flat/house should have fast broadband, a decent shower, a cleaner (preferably) and clean/tidy (ideally modern) shared space. I have a car so ideally need either a parking space or the ability to obtain a parking permit. My budget is up to £1100 including bills. The room itself needs to be fairly big as I have a lot of clothes/shoes and will potentially work from home a couple of days per week
