New flat share

Hello!

I’m Catia, 33, an accountant who’s looking for a new home to move into by the end of March/ beginning of April or in May (I will be travelling for most of April).

I’m searching for a furnished double room, with enough space to WFH (I have my own desk). I’d love a place with some type of outdoor space (garden, patio, etc) to fit a chair and read on sunny days, but it's not essential.

It would be nice to share with one or two other female (including LGBTQ+ :) professional tenants of similar age, who are easy going, clean and enjoy a healthy balance of social and alone time. I like to spend time at home reading, watching movies/TV, occasionally exercising. Out of the home, I go to museums, coffee shops, walks in the park, etc.

In terms of location, I'd prefer North/North West/West London, within reasonable distance from a tube station (up to Zone 3). My budget is £850.
