Room or Studio apartment wanted in York

I will require the accommodation on the odd weekend but predominantly Monday to Fridays. I may require some flexibility as there may be times where I will not need the room during the month due to travel home or additional working away on business. Full advance notice will always be given if I don’t need the room during the weeks.
I am a professional person who is currently due to work in York. Unfortunately I cannot answer any direct questions relating to my work due to restrictions on national security. I can however provide an employers reference.
A studio flat or Shared Accommodation with en suite would be ideal.
I like to come and go as I require and won’t disturb you at any time. I am an outgoing person but also one who prefers his own space.
I enjoy good conversation and respectful company and I’m a clean and tidy person.
