Professional female seeking double room or annexe

I am a professional female looking for a double room or an annexe for the purposes of geographically being able to start work locally in Preston.

I am available to move in soon, early February 2026 . I may need to work from home on at least one day per week.

I am friendly, pleasant, considerate with a good sense of humour..

I will need somewhere to park my car, hopefully off the road parking.
