Looking to share with 1-3 other adult females only, or else a single mum with children, as long as it is a vegetarian, vegan (or Pescatarian) household.

MUST HAVES: as a non-driver, reasonably close access to public transport (at the very least, an hourly bus service, or better, as I need to work); access to a bath (essential); a garden; sharing with other women who are vegetarian/vegan (Pescatarian at the very least); access to organic food; no dogs; a low stress environment; access to water for swimming.

Good hygiene standards observed/appreciated.
Health & safety awareness/training.
Clean police record.
Excellent references provided.
I'm willing to exchange some assisted care/domestic assistance/meal preparation; house-sitting/pet care, &/or child care (DBS approved) in exchange for reduced rent.

DESIRABLE: a benevolent female property owner; a small household, especially with any of the following - a vegetable garden/access to organic produce market; open fire; storage space; access to a boating lake; a long-term arrangement, if possible.

A strong urge to transform my life - wishing to relocate to a smaller/cleaner place in order to live more in tune with nature, & to find a sense of social connection & belonging.
I'd consider anywhere away from urban sprawl (though not isolated) with decent access to public transport.

After working & travelling around Australia for much of my life, I've relocated back to the UK where I am attempting to recover my health.
My lifestyle is fairly clean/healthy, & my desire is to move to a low-stress environment, in the country, as a means of enjoying a happier life.

I have an eclectic range of interests: natural history/ecology; gardening; arts/sciences; geography/culture/travel; story-telling; nature/outdoors/rambling; swimming/boating; music/dance; history; social/environmental/esoteric etc, & adore cats & birds, + most other small animals as pets (though please note, I'm really not a dog person).
Honest, ethical, with integrity & a sense of humour, & an independent thinker.

Finding the right household & community for me is very important.
I currently live in an unfurnished flat without a garden or pets, & have little connection to my neighbourhood which is not ideal for my overall health (although it's on the outskirts of the city).
Living in my home town of Sheffield for the past 2+ yrs is challenging: I have been unable to discover any sign of living family members, though I am blessed with many good friends.

As this is a huge decision for me, I would wish to visit first, in order to discover if it is the right destination for me, where I would aspire to become a useful member of any local community.
I would then require time to cull & sell furniture & household belongings surplus to requirements, & to pack.
