Seeking studio flat or en-suite room

Hello,

I am ideally seeking a studio flat with all bills included. Alternatively, i am looking for an en suite room for around the ?550 mark within a friendly and homely house share.

I work full time locally as a Guide Dog Trainer and enjoy being in the outdoors! I currently live in a beautiful studio flat but the landlord unfortunately needs the property back due to a change to his personal circumstances. I hope to find somewhere that I enjoy living as much as here. I am a very clean and respectful person, and value a peaceful and warm home environment! The property must have parking available, on road is fine as long as it is guaranteed.

Please note, I do not want to live in a massive HMO with no communal space and a dozen tenants to one bathroom! I also would not consider any landlord who expects their tenant to use a microwave in the bedroom and never access the rest of the house!! :-( I am looking for a place to call home.
