Pet-Friendly Accomodation Wanted

I am an NHS worker working in Cambridge. I am looking for a pet-friendly, furnished accomodation to rent in the area (max 1 hour drive would be suitable). I would like to find a room that is available for at least 6 months. I also have a dog (middle-sized, house-trained, mixed-breed, neutered male, adopted from a shelter). I am originally from Hungary, but have been living and working in the UK since the end of January 2018.
I am vegetarian, rather thoughtful, respect others and their space. I'm sociable but work and study a lot, thus private sphere is important for me. I would prefer a non-smoking property.
