Room Wanted in Swansea

Hi! I'm George and I am looking to rent a double or single room in a nice, modern flat, starting from September 2018. I am a final year student at Swansea University, studying Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Since i am in my final year, I am looking for a quiet and respectful flat - no parties etc.

I am a very clean and tidy individual so ideally i'd like to find someone similar. I like cooking, eating, going on long runs, the outdoors, hiking and sports like rowing! I am pretty laid back. I enjoy staying in most nights, watching films or documentaries but also going to the pub for a social drink or two.

I'm looking for friendly, sociable and most importantly tidy flatmate(s).

My maximum budget is 400 including bills, but obviously the less the better.
