Dear Sir/Madam

Im a very understanding and responsible British female, from the East Midlands, 34, looking to rent a room for around 12 days a month (Thursday mid morning to Monday mid morning 3 weeks out of 4) the rest of the month I will spend at my flat in the midlands. I’m currently a mature student who studies online so my time is flexible, however there are study groups in London throughout the week which I’d like to attend, hence my need for part time accommodation. I’m career changing from hospitality so I can cook, and I used to be a housekeeper (With a reference)
Im originally from near Nottingham (so i am kind with a great sense of humour;) I get on well with children and I love animals. I enjoy my own space, i'm fairly quiet at times too, but I am happy to enjoy a glass of wine/cup of tea and chat occasionally!
