Studio Flat or Large Room with Ensuite
Ideally looking for a furnished studio flat with broadband, centrally located. My budget is up to - ?1000pm to inc bills and broadband.
I will commit to a minimum 12 - 24 months for the right accommodation.
I will also consider an exceptional flatshare - see below.
I have recently returned from overseas (USA) with work (originally from Edinburgh). My office will be based in Central Scotland but will work from home about a third of the time, it would be perfect if the apartment is suitable for this.
I am very well behaved and fully house trained, sociable but fully respectful of others.
