34yr old male professional seeking buddy up

Hi there, I’m Michael a 34 yr old professional. I’ve been living in shared accommodation of pretty much a student standard for far too long!…I’m wanting to live somewhere that is a bit nicer/fancier now… I’m looking for somewhere where It can be a real home, a relaxing safe space that I enjoy spending time in.
Unfortunately the cost of living crisis and energy price rises mean it’s pretty much impossible to live alone atm, so I am looking for someone likeminded to buddy up with in order to spread the cost and hopefully make a friend too. I don’t have a preference of gender though would ideally be looking for someone 26-34 - similar sort of age to myself (though I’m flexible with this - basically not looking for a over excitable student wanting to party every night) - I’m getting old and day drinks and bed by 10pm is more my style now - if that’s you’re vibe too then get in touch!…I’m hoping to find someone that I get along with and would be happy to hang out with, watch a film or share a meal etc. I’m really easy going, extremely respectful of others, their privacy and possessions - I would expect the same from any potential housemate. I’m tidy and clean up after myself. In my spare time I enjoy binge watching box sets, eating good food - cooking in or eating out with friends, countryside exploring and also beers - A cheeky pint in a lovely pub is always a winner!
My budget without bills is £600pcm, with bills £750 and I’m looking all over Leeds and surrounding areas really - as long as has good commute to town for work - Burley, Kirkstall, Horsforth, Bramley, Rawdon, Pudsey, skipton, Harrogate just a few examples.
