I'm looking for a room

Hi guys! I'm looking for a room starting from the beginning of February. I already lived in Edinburgh last year and I'm coming back to work in the University, at the King's Buildings, until about the end of the summer. I'd like something in Newington, Marchmont or around the city center. My budget is around 550-600 pounds per month, if the bills are included.
About me, I'm 24, I'm used to live with other people and I like to spend time with my flatmates, always respecting their own spaces. In my previous flat we were three boys and we used to watch films or tv series together or to talk about everything after dinner for having a bit of relax. I'm looking for an easy going situation in which we can both spend time together and have our own business, with a relaxed and positive ambience.
I'm a smoker but I smoke 3-4 cigarettes per day and I don't need to smoke inside. Moreover, I will spend most of my day at the university. Last but not least, I can cook, especially pasta! Hope to hear from you soon, best regards,
