I'm looking for a room to rent

I’m looking for a place to rent in Birmingham city centre, the Jewellery Quarter, Harborne or Edgbaston ONLY :) I’m after a double room with an en-suite and plenty of natural light :)

I don’t currently drive but will soon so a parking space would be amazing! Happy to pay a bit more for a secure space.
I’m allergic to cats so unfortunately that is a deal breaker.
I do work quite long hours and I’d say probably a few 24 hours shifts / can be called into work at all hours of the night when I’m on call (roughly 8 a month including weekends) so sometimes I need to sleep during the day.

I’m fairly introverted but am keen to make some new friends! I enjoy trying new things, love hiking and exercise regularly with running, gym and reformer Pilates.
I enjoy an occasional glass of wine and am trying to get into whiskey!

My ideal room mate would be someone of my own age or older, a professional whose interests align similarly with my own :)

Ps. It isn’t clear on here but I have no preference over a furnished or unfurnished room
