Double room wanted in friendly house share!

Hi, I'm Annmarie, originally from Dublin, I work as an osteopath. I'm looking for a place to call home, preferably a spacious double room to nest in and a shared living space to socialise.

PROS: laid back, clean, friendly, caring, chilled
CONS: always leaving my glasses somewhere, afraid of spiders

I like keeping active - gym, yoga, walks & mostly healthy eating. I love to go out dancing - the ultimate nervous system reset. I like a glass of wine or a nice cocktail but I don't enjoy getting drunk.

My job is public facing and can sometimes be intense. I like chill time at home - reading, music, pottering, sometimes a jigsaw or arty things. I'd like to learn how to sew clothes next! I do enjoy having people around though to hang out and chat, I don't want to live in a house of strangers. Ideally I'd get to know my housemates over time and eventually become friends but I also have my own life and friends in the area.

I'm fairly quiet and chilled but of course I'd like to live in a place where I'd feel comfortable inviting friends over for tea or an occasional dinner. I don't want to live in a party house but I'm not averse to an occasional gathering. I'd rather wear earplugs to bed the odd night than feel like we have to tiptoe around all the time.

I'm an omnivore but eat a lot of plant based stuff. I generally cook from scratch but usually fairly quick meals - I'd love to be the kind of person who cooks involved and elaborate meals but I've accepted that's not who I am right now!

I would say I'm fairly easy going & good humoured, I'm also clean and it's important to me that the shared areas in the house are clean too.

I'm hoping to move by the end of April - let me know if this suits and if you'd like to meet. I could move earlier for the right space and vibe - also could possibly wait a bit longer for the dream house. Any questions please ask!
