Finance Professional seeking spacious double room

Hi! I’m Sophie, 22, and I’m about to start a graduate scheme in Accounting & Finance based in Canary Wharf. I’m looking to find somewhere to move in the last two weeks of August within a 30-45min commute of my new workplace, though I will be working from home at first (pandemic situation dependant 😬).

I am seeking somewhere that has the following characteristics:
- furnished double room
- large storage capacity, or floor space to add my own furniture to be used for storage
- reliable, fast internet connection
- large enough desk to hold a P. C. and two monitors (or space to put one in)
- large window/decent access to natural light
- LGBTQ+ friendly household
- communal space e. g. living room (preferred, not essential)
- my budget is around £650-800pcm, but this is dependant on commute costs to canary wharf also!

I’d like to be in a flat/house with a friendly, community feel, preferably with like-minded professionals rather than students. I’m a choral singer (I don’t practise at home, don’t worry!) and occasionally a rower, and I like to live a balanced lifestyle but still enjoy myself once in a while!
