Looking for a New Home

Hi,

I’m Tommaso, 40, originally from Italy, and I’m currently looking for a double en-suite room in a clean, well-kept flat.

A little about me: I’m a former dancer and now work as a trainer, teaching in Kings Cross. My schedule is generally 2pm–7pm during the week, and I often work full days on weekends (unless I take one off). I’m usually out most afternoons and evenings.

I really value a calm and respectful home environment. I enjoy slow mornings preparing my sessions before work. I’m clean, considerate, and mindful of shared spaces. I’m sociable and happy to chat or share a meal now and then, but I also appreciate personal space and a relaxed atmosphere.

What I’m looking for:

Double en-suite room

Clean, well-maintained flat

Good transport connections

Friendly but independent flatmates

Move-in ideally around February 23rd (flexible by a few days), but no later than March 1st

Maximum budget: £1,300 pcm
