Hola! I’m Maria del Mar, a Personal Trainer based in London. I’m pretty active, friendly, and bubbly. I spend a lot of time at the gym (no surprise), but I also love reading, writing (I did a BA in Philosophy), long walks, hiking, travelling, documentaries, boxing, dancing, and just having a good laugh.

I am someone who values both energy and calm. I like my own space to reset, but I also genuinely enjoy living with people, not just next to them.

What I’m looking for
I am looking for a room in a house share or a studio, ideally in a place that feels like a home, not just a stopover.

The main thing for me is the vibe:
