Looking for a room to rent in Edinburgh from July

I'm Dan, a civil engineer who is moving back to Edinburgh (studied at H-W), after 5 years in Manchester. I'm currently taking a sabbatical to do some travelling (Aus/NZ/SE Asia) but returning end of June. I've relocated with work and start back 22nd of July but can move in anytime before that in July / end of June. Ideally looking around Leith area but open to anywhere in Edinburgh.

I'm a clean and tidy person and very easy to live with. Like to be social, have a blether, drink or watch a movie but can also keep to myself. Have interests in football, F1, music (techno) and travelling. I'll be working in the office 3 days a week and WFH 2 days a week.
