Respectful and busy housemate looking for a room

Hi, I'm Ollie – originally from Leeds. I'm 32, a keen runner, dancer, cook and after 10 years of working in IT, I decided to take some time to retrain as a carpenter in my spare time. Im looking for a place to stay while I work my IT job and carpentry work.

I've been renting out my own place in Leeds for over a year now, and have already been in a previous sublet throughout this year, so I know the value of having a clean, respectful housemate. I’m tidy, easy-going, and generally keep to myself, though I get on well with everyone I’ve lived with in the past. I’ll mostly be out during the day working, and in the evenings I’ll be catching up with friends or at classes (Usually 6 times a week).
