Double room wanted with friendly people

Hi all
I?m looking for a double room in a shared property with nice easygoing people.
I have two cuddly cats, so I?d love to find somewhere that can take the three of us.
Would be nice to have a bit of outside space. I work in the City Monday to Friday and see my friends a lot and love going out, equally love a night in in front of the tv or a book in my hand with a glass of wine. I love to cook but am a baker at heart so hopefully whoever picks me is prepared to eat lots of cake! I?m easy to get along with and am a courteous respectful person. I like things to be clean, although can put up with mess so long as the place isn?t dirty!
I?d like to live with people around my own age (29) but am not too fussy on that and gender is of no issue to me either way.
I have a car so somewhere to park would be ideal, even if it?s on the road/permit parking then that?s fine.
