It faces South East and gets quite a lot of sun so tumble drier is not required. The flat is located at the bottom of Urquhart road, which is a 5 minute walk from the beach and a 10 minute walk into the city center. The room for rent comes furnished and has a double wardrobe. The other room in the flat has an en suit so there is no need to fighting for a shower in the morning.
