Hello, I have this room for offer. My roomate left after Erasmus. It is budget but you get everything you need from home. Loft bed in there. Dog Living in flat, sometimes barks on unknown strangers in building, but that doesnt happen very often.
You must be clean and consideration is welcome.
Female preffered, they tend to be more tidy and just have generally better experience then with males as flatmate.. I want to relax at home and not to have trouble.
I tend to go to bed late, but just walk dog at night and thats the only bit of noice. Street is pretty quiet over night.
Rent is 200 per month over winter. 150 when heating not so much necessary.
Kitchen acces limited till 8:30 am or can arrange a deal if you need earlier. Tumble dryer in flat, shower over bath.
