I am in search of a flatmate to move in with me. My flatmate has just moved out so looking for someone decent to live with. I am a drilling engineer working in Aberdeen and looking for other people in full time work who would consider staying for at least 3 months. No flat earthers please. The flat is in a very nice part of rosemount with shops nearby and a 15min walk from city centre. There are two spacious and fully furnished rooms and you can pick your favourite, the flat also boasts a large living room with a working gas fire, two bathrooms, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, access to a shared garden. There is also a spare bedroom which has two single beds that are ideal when friends or family visit.
Rent is 300 plus council tax and bills. With two of us in here, all in costs about 480 per month.
