Looking for two housemates, for spacious home.

Bedroom 1

Looking to find two people to share my home. (I don't I've there all the time)
I have Two very spacious, bright rooms in my home, in a safe area that is convenient for RGU, Hill of Rubislaw & city centre.

I split my time between Aberdeen & Fife so need to find people happy to have the homeowner live in the house on occasion. (3/4 days per month)

All bills included.
Large open plan kitchen/lounge
Large garden & patio.
Plenty easy, free parking.

NOTE the house has a large lounge/kitchen area but it must NOT be used as a party venue for random people to visit.

I am a 56 year old, professional person and easy to get on with.
I have a PVG police check because of my jobs. I have a male partner that lives in the house on occasion too, also PVG checked and my son (24 year old, professional) also uses a room in the house very occasionally.

IMPORTANT - I have a dog called Lily who will live in the house when I'm there and welcome you will with a bark, so you must be comfortable with that.
Note the house is large, so plenty room for us all when we are there occasionally.

BEDROOM 1 (Available 1st May )
Bright & very spacious room with a KS bed, wardrobe, sofa and set of drawers and bedside tables..
There is a large spacious, walk-in shower across the hall from this bedroom, shared with the other lodger bedroom and not used by me.

BEDROOM 2 (Available Mid May)
Also very spacious bedroom with a KS bed, wardrobe, set of drawers, large table and a sofa chair.

Both these rooms share a very spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower across the hall, note not used by me.

Use of:
Kitchen - Fully fitted and has a dishwasher
Utility room - with a washing machine, ironing bard
Dining Room

No additional charges.
Reference required in the form of photo ID, proof of home address and proof of place of study / employment in Aberdeen.
