There is an external store on the third floor that has a bike rack and houses the freezer.
There is a car park behind the flat that does bot require a permit.
Communal access to TV/surround sound/playstation.
1 months notice would be required for termination of tenancy.
Would like to meet any interviewees for a tea/coffee prior to acceptance as we would be living together after all!
