Aberdeen City Centre can be reached via the bus stop directly located on the housing complex. The area also includes a small corner shop for any everday items, and Lidl can be reached through Seaton Park (10 min walk).

House Includes: 4 bedrooms, modern kitchen lounge (with TV), 2 bathrooms, large storage spaces and a garden at the rear of the property.

Each bedroom contains, a double bed (single room = single bed), a desk & chair, wardrobe (3 double wardrobes are integrated into the wall), bedside cabinet, chest of drawers and a mirror.
