This flat share gives you a Scottish Private Residential Tenancy of a 2 bedroom ground floor southern facing corner flat looking out on to landscaped grounds. The flat has a carport. Included in the rent is the Residents Association service charge which maintains the grounds and common areas, puts bins out weekly for collection, supervises visitor parking, etc. Also included is a TV licence and a landline telephone rental. You pay for your outgoing landline calls. Smart phone mobile hotspot connectivity is good enough to stream videos and commercial quality broadband can be added to the landline.
