This flat share gives you a Scottish Private Residential Tenancy [PRT] of a 2 bedroom ground floor southern facing corner flat looking out on to landscaped grounds. The flat has a carport and there’s visitor and street parking.
One block along Springfield Road from us are an Athletic Edge Gym and a Nisa Local convenience store and BP filling station. Two blocks in the other direction is a local hub with library, clinic, the Palm Court hotel, Coop convenience store, a fish shop, Figment Coffee offering artisan coffee, food and wine, etc. Johnston Gardens and Hazelhead are nearby parks.
The Residents Association service charge which maintains the grounds and common areas, puts bins out weekly for collection, supervises visitor parking, etc., is included in the rent.
