I am a 22 your old professional looking for a clean and friendly flat mate to take on the spare room in my flat. I have a 2 year old small dog who will also be living in the flat. The flat is very modern and built within the last few years, top floor flat with secure security entrance to the building. Parking is also available with the secure carpark.
