Lovely Double room in Professional Flat near UofA

Thank you for looking at my advert. I am looking for a professional flatmate to occupy my spare double room and a recently renovated flat close to Aberdeen University.

The flat would ideally suit an academic employee at the university, a PhD student or a professional working in Aberdeen. I am happy for weekday stays only if that is your intention. I am not looking for an undergraduate student as a flatmate.

The room is a double with a large easterly facing window (morning sun) on a quiet street overlooking the university and parkland. There is a large chest of drawers and a wardrobe in the room.

The other room in the flat is occupied by me, a geologist, currently working from home (the third bedroom).

The flat is decorated nicely and has undergone a complete modernisation recently.

Communal areas include a well equipped kitchen, lounge with small TV, bathroom with a really good shower, balcony with seating and outdoor heater and storage in the 3rd bedroom for bulky items.

There is plenty of free on-street parking outside and a couple of free off-street bays.

The bills will be split 50:50 including council tax and a cleaner.

There is a nice shared back garden with clothes drying facilities.
