Both the University of Aberdeen and the city centre are less than a mile away, while the world-class facilities of Aberdeen Sports Village are right on our doorstep, as shown in pictures.

Whichever room you choose, you’ll find a bed, study desk and plenty of space, one of our most spacious bedrooms in all 8 of our properties. Want your own bathroom? En-suite rooms give extra privacy. Meanwhile, the open, fully-fitted kitchen and living area provide an ideal space to unwind with your flatmates after a busy day.

Outside, you’ll find plenty of parking, secure bike storage, a courtyard and a BBQ area, which you can take advantage of in warmer months. In fact, when the sun is shining, you may want to head to Aberdeen beach, just a 20-minute walk away.

Linksfield House is also well-situated to make the most of your time in Aberdeen. Union Street is around 20 minutes away on foot (or 7 minutes by bus) - here you’ll find hundreds of shops, bars and restaurants, from your favourite chains to incredible independents. Closer to home, popular student pub The Bobbin is just around the corner, while a Tesco Express is ideally placed at the end of the road.
