Looking for flatmate to join 2 females

3 bed flat with double bedroom, spacious living room, Kitchen with patio doors onto large garden/yard, balcony and a shared bathroom,. Room available has a large window, a lot of light and there is a desk, wardrobe and a cupboard with drawers as well as a side table. Current bedrooms are on the 3rd floor and the room available is on the 2nd floor as there is a flat underneath. There is free on street parking available too and a bus stop across the street. Short walk to University of Aberdeen and a 10-15 minute walk to town. We are going into our 4th year at UoA, one who is 20 studying Master of Geology and the other who is 22 is studying undergrad history, We are easy going, sociable people.
