Hello, I have a modern 3 bedroom flat with 2 spare rooms available to rent. Its a 15 min walk to Aberdeen Royal Infirmary, 15 min walk to Sainsburys Berryden and a 35 min walk into town.

I work as a junior doctor and am moving out the flat. The current flatmate staying on is a medical student. Ideally we are looking for other social, friendly and clean young professionals.

The fully furnished flat contains 3 bedrooms. The rooms contains a bed, a desk, bookcase, chest of drawers and a built in wardrobe. 1 of the rooms has an ensuite and the other room share the main bathroom (which has a separate shower and bath) with the current flatmate. There is separate kitchen and living room with balcony.

The flat also has plenty of storage, ample free parking as well as a secure outhouse for bikes. It is situated in a safe, modern and friendly neighbourhood in Aberdeen.
