Hi all!

I’m looking for a responsible, clean, female flatmate to share the second room in my apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and has all the basic amenities like a fridge, washing machine, bed, closet, table, chair, etc.

The room is cozy with a single bed. It has a lot of natural light that enters the room in the morning. In addition, there is a common bathroom and a kitchen that will be shared between us.

The flat is centrally located on Kings Street with Tesco at a 5-minute and Morrisons at 10 mins walking distance. The property is very close to Kings Campus for University of Aberdeen Students and it will take to only 15 minutes to walk there. There is a bus stop within a 2-minute walking distance. It is a safe neighborhood.

The rent is 170 excluding bills. Extra bills include Wifi, Gas, and Electricity and usually come up to 50-60 pounds per person.
