Looking for a replacement tenant as I have found somewhere else to live, the stay can be extended to earlier or later but is currently booked for the academic year for £83.50 per week with bills and WIFI included. My friend is also looking for a replacement tenant for her room which is in the same flat, the property only allows students to stay, any interest please respond as I'm looking for a replacement ASAP. The property is located a 5 minute walk away from the city centre and university buildings are also within walking distance, it is also near many bus routes.
