We are only a 10 mins walk from University of Aberdeen. We are also very close to town centre.
Nearest bus stop is just 2 mins away.
We are located in a very convenient location, with shops all round. There is a lovely cafe and dessert place just 2 mins away, Tesco’s express and co op is just 5 mins away and also Kittybrewster Retail Park is only an 8 mins walk.
Aberdeen Sports Village is nearby.
There is usually plenty of unallocated parking spots just outside the flat if you have a vehicle.
I am a student myself having just graduated from the Uni of Aberdeen and beginning my Masters at SRUC.
I do have two guinea pigs but they are kept in my bedroom. I clean them out daily and they are quiet and clean pets.
