Spacious 2-bed flat in city center w/ garden

550£/month all in inc. council tax, utility, gas, firestick, internet. Ideally looking for someone planning to stay at least a year+ but can negotiate rent if it’s less.

I’m a 35 year old professional living in Aberdeen for the past 7 years. I work offshore so will be away quite a lot of the time for work or traveling. When I’m home I generally keep a quiet house with the occasional visitor or people over on the weekend. I like to cook so ideally sharing a meal occasionally or going to the pub for a few pints would be best. Aside from that I like to mountain bike and am quiet outdoorsy. I’m fairly tidy so keep common areas clean but not obsessive. Ideally looking someone who is proactive about keeping things tidy.

Ideally looking for a professional/masters/PhD who is a good person and easy going. Someone open to socializing but ok with someone who also enjoys their alone time. I don’t mind outgoing individuals who party but not someone who has party’s 2-3 times a week. Overall an open, respectful, and fairly easy going person.

I’ve lived in a few places in Aberdeen so far and this is by far my favorite (been living in this flat nearly 5 years). Spacious floor plan with big kitchen and living room. Amazing back garden with large covered patio and seating area newly built. Neighbors are all young professionals so no issues. Surrounded by office buildings so a quiet spot right in the city centre 3min walk to grocery store, pubs, restaurants.
