Hello.

This is my parent's flat where I was born and bred. We moved away to England but I returned in September 2019. I'm now moving out as I'm getting married soon and looking for someone to replace me to stay on with the current other flatmate in the house to share this second-floor flat with.

She is very chilled, clean and tidy flatmate who works from home. She's very pleasant to live with, we have brief catch ups sometimes in the kitchen when we cook together, sometimes watch a movie together when we're both free but equally, we enjoy our own space too so she would be happy to respect your personal space as you need it. This a family-friendly flat building so ideally not for someone who likes to party a lot or have lots of people around regularly, not too loud to be mindful of the current flatmate and neighbours. Most importantly, we would like someone who is clean, tidy and easy-going to get along with

There is a shared bathroom (with shower), kitchen and living room. All bills are included in the rent except gas and electrics as this is topped up on a 'Pay As You Go' smart meter so we have better control on how much we spend on our gas and electrics. Central heating fitted throughout the house. New boiler installed November 2022. Very good circulation throughout the flat.

There are 8 flats (4 floor-levels) in the building. On-street parking is available. Bus stops within 2-7mins walking distance for local bus routes; 8, 17, 17A, 18, 19, 172, 220, 305, 727, X20 and 23 (around 10mins walk).
7-25mins walking distance to local shops; Tesco (Express and Extra), Sainsbury's, Home Bargains, Poundstretcher, Iceland, Farm Foods, McColls, Lidl, Fair Deal Foods (African/Asian/European food variety supermarket)
Between 20-30mins walking distance to local amenities and institutions; Aberdeen University, Sir Duncan Library, PureGym, the top of George St, Seaton Park etc.
Plenty nearby takeaways/restaurants to order from or visit; McDonald's, KFC, Dominoes, Dessert Parlours, various Chippys, Chinese, Indian & Sushi takeaways etc.
