Entire flat for short-term while I'm abroad

I have a temporarily empty 2-bedroom with one free double bedroom. The flat is 15 min. walk from Aberdeen University, another 15 min. from Aberdeen city centre (Union Street). I am staying abroad for a substantial amount of time, so the next month or two are for you.

Double room is overlooking the North Sea, has double mattress, duvet & bed sheets. Room is almost empty (I've been using it as my office). Kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking utensils and tableware, and bathroom with shower has lovely, blue elements of decor.

If you're decided, you'd have to send me your ID and work contract/study placement, and a deposit. Deposit is quite high due to me not being there during your stay. I also need to meet you via a video call to see who you are and what your situation is.

The granit building from 1900 hosts six flats. In these flats six people are women: German, Polish, Scottish, they're professionals, PhD student, student, teacher etc. Night silence is between 22:30/23:00 until 8:00 am.

I will be happy to rent it to anybody who is trustworthy and in need of a safe, peaceful accommodation:)
