Ground floor flat shared with a pretty cool dog

Hi! I have a double room available to rent in a ground-floor flat in a semi-detached house. The room faces the front garden, gets the morning sun, and is furnished with a double bed and wardrobe.

The flat has a shared garden, a large lounge, kitchen/dining room, washing machine, dryer, and free on-road parking. Rent includes council tax and broadband, but electricity and gas are not included and will be calculated at the end of each month. I have Disney+ and Amazon Prime set up, so we're only missing Netflix.

The neighbourhood is friendly and quiet, with plenty of bus stops and cafes within a 5-minute walking distance. The beach is a 10-minute drive away, and supermarkets and the city centre are a 5-minute driving distance.

About me:
I am an early riser who enjoys staying active, running and hiking. I also enjoy baking, having movie and boardgame nights, and getting out of the city to explore. I am respectful and easy-going, and while I enjoy being social, this is not a party house.

I have a beautiful Siberian husky named Artemis who lives here too. She is well-behaved, house-trained, and loves a good game of tug-of-war. As of May, she is 1.5 years old. She is quiet, doesn't bark or howl, and is very independent. For her, I'd love to find someone who appreciates dogs and their social behaviour, so if dogs aren't your cup of tea, this isn't the place for you.

About you:
I'm looking for a professional who is tidy and cleans up after themselves. It is important that you respect the flat and other people and can pay bills on time. I work the odd night shift, so I'm looking for someone who isn't going to blast music or stomp around on these occasions.

Ideally, you're after a place to call home rather than just a place to sleep. There is a projector for movie nights, a growing collection of board games, as well as plenty of space in the flat to do your own thing.
