Roommate Wanted: Nice double bedroom for let

Hi!

One of the rooms in my flat will be available from the mid of July, and I'm looking for a female flatmate. Students are welcome, but I would prefer someone who is working.

The flat is on Ashgrove Road, just a 5-minute walk from the Kittybrewster shopping park and Sainsbury's(University of Aberdeen is 15 minutes away by foot). There's a bus stop right across the street, making it easy to get around town. Additionally, if you have a car, there is a parking space available.

The flat is spacious with a fully furnished living room and kitchen. It has central heating and is easy to keep warm. I've been living here for the last 3 years, so it might look a bit more lived in than photos. (Please feel free to message me for any more photos)

The available room has a double bed, bedside unit, desk, and plenty of storage. The wardrobe is a decent size, plus there is a dresser and under-bed storage drawers.

The rent is £295.50 PCR, which includes rent and Wi-Fi. Bills range from £40 to £90 PCR, depending on the season. The flat is Council Tax Band C or roughly £76 PCR(you will be excemp from this if you are a student). Overall, the total cost is around £450 per month.

A bit about me: I'm a University of Aberdeen graduate and work part-time. I'm friendly and do my best to keep the common areas clean and tidy. I would be happy to hang out and be friends, but it's cool if you would rather keep to yourself. I'm not a fussy person in general.

*Its a private let, but the landlord couple are really sweet and responcible. They check up on us a few times a year and I've never had any issues with them*
