My flatmate is moving out and I am looking for someone (preferably a girl) to take over her room.
The rent is £297.5 including broadband.
It's a very nice 2-bed flat which is only about 5 mins from the University of Aberdeen's Foresterhill campus. The room is the wooden looking bedroom (Bedroom 2) in the pictures. The landlords are super nice and very reasonable.
The room is available to rent from 10 July, but you can move in whenever you want in July or after. Short-term lets are considered, but I would prefer someone who can stay until October or longer.
About myself, I'm a PhD student at the University of Aberdeen. I have just submitted my thesis and am now waiting for my viva. I love outdoor activities, watching movies, comedies and sports.
