Double room & flat available to rent either on full-time basis or Mon-Fri (see separate advert for weekly price for weekday let). You will have flat to yourself majority of the time as I'm a landlord who lives away from home during the week and some weekends. Barratt Executive flat finished to a high standard located in Old Aberdeen. Rent costs include heating, electric, council tax* and broadband. Private parking in a barrier controlled car park is available, there will be a charge to purchase a car park fob (will check cost with factor but is around £50 one off cost.). There is also free on-street parking.

This flat may be getting sold in the next few months, so only offering a short term let at the moment.

Flat is fully furnished, new small double bed. I have a cleaner come in every 2 weeks to ensure flat is kept clean.
