I'm looking to sublease my room in a 3 bed flat for a month or so over August, it is available slightly earlier and I can extend the lease by a few days too if need be into September. The rent is £100 a week which includes all bills and is available to both students and professionals. It's all girls currently in the flat so ideally I'm looking for another female Flatmate. The flat is on Pittodrie Place in the Ardmuir courtyard, so the flat is convenient for town but also safe and secure. Photos of the show flats are available on the Ardmuir website and I can arrange to take photos of our flat if required.
