I have a double room available (*with designated off-street parking) for rent, situated just off Broomhill Road.
The property is self-contained with our own front and back door. Outside the back door is an enclosed shared garden. It's directly opposite the no.1 bus route but you can walk to Union Street within 10 minutes. Food shops within walking distance as well as a small newsagent directly across the road. He likes to chat so be prepared with an exit strategy. :)
The rent includes gas/electric, and unlimited wi-fi (*excludes council tax, which we will split). I have BT Sport, Netflix and Amazon Prime to keep you entertained. Wood floors throughout and a new kitchen at your disposal. Dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine to play with. The bedroom itself has high ceilings, double bed, double mirror-door wardrobe and blackout/privacy blinds.

I am happy to socialise or leave you to enjoy your own space, although I am often busy during the week. I work Monday to Friday (8am to 5.45pm) within the whisky industry so I won't be partying till the small hours during the week.
