We have a lovely double bedroom that will become available early February. It is a fully and very nicely furnished room with a double bed, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside table.
The house is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood right next to both Berryden & Kittybrewster retail parks, a 2-minute walk to many local amenities including Pure Gym, Aberdeen Fitness & Combat Centre, Sainsbury, post office, etc.
It is a great location, a 10/15mn walk to Aberdeen University, a 20mn walk to the ARI & city centre, and just off the A96 for a quick & easy drive to Dyce. It is also close to North Anderson Drive and there are direct buses to city centre & Union Square. There is also free ample parking available on the street!
The house has a modern kitchen with a dining space and brand new appliances, one shared living room with TV, two bathrooms and a pretty garden at the back. There is a gardener to take care of it and a cleaner so you don't have to worry about a cleaning rota !

We are looking for a friendly, prefarably professional housemate or mature/PhD students to join this lovely house sharing.
