I am offering my furnished double bedroom to take over my lease until the 8th of August 2017. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed, a built in wardrobe, two small sets of drawers and a large set of drawers for storage. The flat is located on the first floor on Skene Terrace which is only a five minute walk from Union Street and Belmont Street. There is on street parking however this requires a permit. There is a shared living room with a large reclining couch and a single recliner, the living room has a shared sky box installed and the flat has wifi. The kitchen has a fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and lots of cupboard space for all tenants. The flat also has various utensils which you are welcome to use. The bathroom has been refurbished recently and has a powerful shower attached to a bath. Electricity, gas and wifi bills are not included in the rent price however they are not too pricey as they are split between three people. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions!
