These are simply furnished double rooms each with storage, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk and bookshelf with a good blackout blind and laminate flooring. They are on the upper level of the apartment. There is a shower room on this floor, computer/office area and happy for the right tenant to have this space as a working area should they so require. I work from home some days, but am going to be at the University working most days. The ideal tenant would be a professional or mature student who enjoys cooking healthy food and also happy to clean up after themselves. I am into fitness, though not obsessive, enjoy a few glasses of wine now and then and go the gym most days. I have a garden and storage space for a bike. I also work as a part-time therapist and see clients in my home and at those times, there needs to be a quiet house. There is on street parking at low cost for residents. This room would suit a health professional who wants quick access to the Aberdeen Royal Infirmary which is literally 3 minutes walk away. Included in the rent are all bills, including Wi-Fi.
