Room to let in a large 2 bedroom + box room semi detached bungalow.

Room - double bed , two bedside cabinets and built in wardrobe

Kitchen - American fridge freezer , dishwasher , washing machine and usual kitchen appliances. Tumble dryer is situated in the box room.

Kitchen / living and dining area ( conservatory ) - dining table , cuddle chairs.

Living room consists of leather sofa and tv .

Bathroom - walk in shower powered of the boiler . ( NO bath )

Garden has seating area , decking and grass.

Parking is available on street. Mine normally on drive if working away.

Broadband is sky unlimited , sky tv .

2 min walk from bus stops going to Aberdeen centre.
Train station 10 min walk going to Aberdeen centre

Shops within 5 min walk are - Asda , Argos , Homebase , matalan , b&m store , ashvale chipper , subway , muse hair salon , and more

As I work offshore / abroad at times the right room mate would have to be reliable , honest and keep a clean living environment.

Ideal location on a quiet street .

I have rented out a room before in an old apartment and it was a success .

Use of garage is available
