Single room and a double room available for rent in three bed flat, located in Garthdee Aberdeen and is about a 10 minute walk to RGU and 2 minute walk to number 1&2 bus stop.

Parking permits available for on street parking outside the flat.

Each room is furnished with a bed, a desk and desk chair, and a wardrobe.

Occupant will be sharing the flat with myself (female RGU student).

Rent is £350 pcm, this includes the cost of unlimited internet and tv licence, bills not included in rent price are maintenance fees, gas and electricity. These costs are shared equally between occupants.

Open to offering short-term occupancy for students on placement or over the summer.
