37 miles out of Aberdeen so not near University at all. Lovely modern room to rent with en-suite with elec shower so always has hot water. I live down stairs and mostly use my kitchen back door where you live upstairs. You use front door to house and go upstairs. There is a locked door between us so you have a lot of privacy. Your room also has a small kitchen area with your own sink, fridge, microwave, kettle, cooker, freezer
Shared washing machine. Prefer long term rent. Gas central heating broadband WiFi very fast. Hardly see each other. Parking space in front of house. Turriff 5 miles away so you need a car to live here although we have a local shop and school. Council Tax included. We'll worth a view. Lots of privacy. House on edge of village.
